Christmas Stout: “The Oliphaunt”

IMG_0258Every year, I make a stout for Christmas. We enjoy it with our clam chowder on Christmas Eve and our standing rib roast on Christmas Day, and then we use what’s left to make French Onion Soup for Epiphany. This year’s stout recipe:
