I hope my wife is joking around

She sent me this article about a Catholic family in Nebraska raising 16 children. That’s our family, squared. A couple cool things:

The family adopted three children from Ethiopia.

There were children in need. The Bessmer family could provide. At a certain point, what’s one more?

They spend $1,400 a month on groceries. They buy organic. They raise hens for eggs. They homeschool. They make their own laundry detergent — a penny a load!
